| A brief history..... |
| |
| Anaspec was formed in 1994 with the intention of offering local clients an alternative support company for their analytical equipment. This would include a rapid response time to callouts, service engineers who are competent in the maintenance of the systems, not just a specific part or machine of a system, and have a good understanding of the applications and use of the system.
| |
| Very early on various supply companies realised the value of out-sourcing their support departments to a dedicated support company and so Anaspec moved into the field of outsourcing.
| |
| As South Africa had just returned to the international market in 1994, it was not long before international suppliers realised the economic benefits of outsourcing to a developing market such as South Africa, and so Anaspec entered the international market by first servicing on the African Continent and then going into Japan, Columbia and Australia.
| |
| In 2001 OED of Australia approached Anaspec to assist with technical support of their clients within Australia. This prompted a long process of applying for business rights in Australia to enable an independent branch of Anaspec being set up in Australia. Their task- to support Australians using Australians and to look at opening into the Asian market.
| |
| From here Anaspec has continued to support clients in the Analytical market in conjunction with established agents and suppliers rather than working against any of them.
| |
| |
| The future.....
| |
| Anaspec is aiming at remaining a technical support company for the support of the analytical market via outsourcing agreements.
| |
| Anaspec will remain independent of make, model or suppliers of the equipment. In this way offer engineers who will be well trained in the maintenance of the equipment as well as the application thereof rather than being specialised on only one product or supplier.
| |
| The growth of the company will still be determined by the response times we are required to give our clients both local and internationally. |
| |
| |
| Our services cover.....
