Our team of well trained, motivated electronic and software engineers support a variety of analytical and scientific equipment within South Africa and a number of other countries around the world.

The new age of fast and cheap travel, reliable digital systems and repair exchange parts, requires experienced electronic engineers, with PC as well as application knowledge to support international clients.
Mobile international calling, e-mail and PC remote diagnostics, puts our engineers in immediate dialog with the clients and factory support team. This facilitates the rapid diagnoses of a fault, deployment of replacement parts and an engineer to do the required repairs and testing.

All team members are expected to have the know how to support every client and system we look after, however each engineer has his specialties. This is evident in the training they have all had.
As we travel a fair amount, it helps to be able to identify yourself to a new client before you go looking for each other at some foreign airport.

Training in SA:
It is our policy to try and rather bring experts to South Africa to present courses locally than to send a single person to the factory for training. This enables us to can get more of our engineers all trained at the same time and also share that training with our local clients.
